drunk guy poem

this poem is a man cry out to help and how he facing his daily issues with life. he states that he lives in a bad neighborhood and how he drink all day and night and how the police pulls up to his neighborhood. then he reminisces about kate the woman in his life that he loved so much and how she was everything he has ever wanted. he refers to her to a country song how they used to get along and how they did everything together . he relates his drinking and smoking  to the fact that he has lost his father and no matter how hard he tries to become a good person his inner self will always be apart of him and he will always try to fight his demons and try to over come kate , his father, and his addiction he also relates back to the incident that happen at a bar where he abused his girl friend and felt so bad that he want to kill him self out in traffic. then  he encounters the boy at the mall that was stabbed and then he has a realization. that no matte what he does he will always be a shitty guy he puts all his anger in each blunt he smokes or every glass he fills with the devils mouth wash.
